Blue Horizon 360
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
This policy explains how we collect and use personal information when you visit the website, contact us or ask about our consultancy services.
Who is responsible?
The controller is BLUE HORIZON 360, S.L.U. — NIF/CIF B21677281 — Calle Tosca 5, 38670 Adeje, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email bh360invest@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information in the notes field, including health or financial information, government identifiers or information about children.
- Your name, email address, telephone number and optional notes submitted through the form.
- Correspondence and information shared during an enquiry, diagnostic call or business relationship.
- Technical and operational data such as IP address, browser type, security logs and error events.
- Usage, referral and interaction data, depending on your cookie choices.
Why we use information
Name, email and telephone are required so we can respond; notes are optional. Enquiry details are not used for ongoing marketing emails without an appropriate lawful basis and a clear unsubscribe method.
- To answer an enquiry, arrange a call and consider an engagement — to take pre-contract steps and manage business enquiries.
- To provide services and manage a client relationship — to perform a contract, comply with law and operate the business.
- To operate, secure and troubleshoot the website — for legitimate interests and relevant legal obligations.
- To measure performance and campaigns — based on consent where required.
- To prevent misuse, comply with law and protect rights.
Cookies and measurement
The site may use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity. Non-essential tools load only after the relevant cookie choice. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie Settings.
Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information for money. Contact-form information is not sent to advertising or analytics tools.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers, including Railway.
- Email and communications providers used to handle enquiries.
- Analytics and advertising providers enabled by your cookie choice, including Google, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft.
- IT, security, legal and accounting advisers, and authorities where disclosure is legally required.
Transfers and retention
Some providers may process information outside the EEA or UK. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision or suitable contractual safeguards.
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months of the last meaningful contact. Routine security logs are normally retained for up to 90 days and cookie-choice records for up to 24 months. Client records are retained during the engagement and afterwards as required for tax, accounting and legal claims.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email bh360invest@gmail.com; we may request reasonable identity verification.
People in the EEA may complain to their local authority or Spain’s AEPD. People in the UK may contact the ICO where UK law applies. California rights apply only if the business meets the statute’s scope and thresholds.
Children and automated decisions
The site is intended for businesses, not children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s information. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated means.
Security, changes and contact
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, although no system is completely secure. We may update this policy and will show the revision date above. Contact: bh360invest@gmail.com.
